Arrival and Checkout
Guests may arrive any time after 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Please let us know if you plan to arrive later than 9 p.m.
Departure is by 11 a.m.
Payment
Full payment is collected when the reservation is made. We will email you a payment link to our WIX credit card processor. Your reservation will be confirmed by email when payment is made.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is confirmed after you receive an emailed confirmation. Fees apply.

Cancellation within 24 hours of 3 p.m. on the date of arrival and no shows receive no refund.

Cancellations received after 1 day and before 7 days of arrival will be refunded less one-night’s room rate.

Cancellations received more than 7 days in advance of arrival will be refunded less $50.

Cancellation fees apply to each room booked.

Farmhouse (available in the summer of 2027) bookings will result in forfeiture of deposit for cancellations in less than 30 days of arrival date.
Emergency circumstances are considered.
Room Rates
Standard Room Rates: $185 plus 5.3% sales tax
Additional rollaway bed: $25 per night
The Farmhouse (available in the summer of 2027): $450 per night/2 night minimum Sleeps 6. Rollaway bed available for $25 per night.
Smoking
Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted indoors.
Pets
Pets are not allowed. Only Certified Service Dogs are permitted. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a “service animal” as a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Comfort animals are not allowed. Advance notice is required.
Other Information

The Ironwood Inn rooms are not suitable for guests with mobility concerns related to climbing stairs. In 2027, we will be adding the Farmhouse to our available lodging options and it does offer a first floor bedroom in addition to the two bedrooms on the second floor.
